本科毕业设计论文定扭矩汽油滤清器旋紧机设计研究 摘要 随着我国汽车行业的大发展，对汽车的装配自动化、国产化提出了新的更高的要求。滤清器作为汽车行业中不可缺少的一环，对其装配的可靠性，自动化程度都影响汽车行业的发展。本论文所研制的可控定扭矩旋紧机针对机油滤清器得不同尺寸系列实现了滤清器装配的半自动化。本论文在对比各类旋紧方法之后，采用液压系统实现了扭矩控制，通过试验测定液压压力和扭矩之间的关系，扭矩控制表现更加直观和准确。旋紧机设置水平和铅垂两个调整环节，可针对滤清器的不同系列尺寸实现可控定扭矩旋紧,采用PLC作为控制系统，其装配可靠性和生产率大大提高。 机械结构设计除了解决滤清器的定位旋紧之外，更解决了滤清器的不同系列尺寸的柔性化装配。采用液压和气动技术保证了旋紧操作的实现。PLC控制系统分别设置自动，手动工作模式和故障处理调试模式，保证了旋紧机系统半自动化装配的可靠性。可控定扭矩旋紧机的研制有效解决了滤清器半自动化装配国产化问题。 关键词：滤清器；旋紧机；定扭矩AbstractAs the great development of chinas automobile industries, new and higher requirement is presented for the auto assembly automation domestical. Filter is an integral part of auto industry, its assembly reliability and automation affect the development of the entire automobile industry. The development of controllable certain torque pre-loading machine base on the series sizes of oil filter achieves the goal of filter semi-automated assembly. Contrasting various pre-loading methods, hydraulic system is applied to control torque, the relationship of hydraulic pressure and torque is measured through tests and more visual. The adjustments of vertical and horizontal for the series sizes filters and hydraulic system can achieve the pre-loading of controllable certain torque . PLC control system enhances the reliablity and productivity of filter assembly greatly.The mechanisms of pre-loading machine not only fasten the oil filter, but also put flexible assembly for series sizes into practical effect. The hydraulic and pneumatic systems ensure the pre-loading operation. PLC control system sets 3 mods, automation, manual and exception handles, to enhance the reliability of semi-automation assembly.
