摘要 本设计是沈阳煤业集团苏家屯矿新井设计。在设计过程中体现了大型现代化矿井高产高效的设计原则，采用系统优化的方法，使矿井能够在一矿一井一面的条件下达到设计生产能力，主要表现在对开拓方式、采煤方法及运输设备的选择方面。根据煤田的地质构造和煤层的赋存条件，采用立井单水平开拓方式，根据具体条件，采用走向长壁与倾斜长壁相结合的采煤方法。矿井的煤巷岩巷掘进各占一半，实现了集中生产；采用大功率、高效能的采煤机和大运量、高寿命的刮板输送机，提高了设备的配套能力及可靠性，保证工作面高产高效；主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升，辅助运输采用皮带运输，实现了全矿井的连续运输系统。在设计说明书中完整地阐述了本设计各生产系统的选择和设备的配置情况，并在大巷布置方式选择时进行了技术经济比较，各项技术决策均有理论依据，并附有一定的数据和资料，使设计最大程度地体现了目前国内国际矿井设计的先进水平。 关键字：高产高效;；综采；长壁采煤法； 瓦斯突出 Abstact Su jiatun is a new well of the Shenyang coal group .
