摘 要 本工程为远正办公楼设计，该办公楼设计为五层，每层层高均为3.9m，房间的主要进深为6.6m，其建筑面积大约为4600m2, 其高度为20.4m。建筑平面采用为一字形，结构体系为钢筋混凝土多层框架结构，耐久等级为Ⅱ级，耐火等级为Ⅱ级。结构设计时取一榀框架进行荷载和内力的计算。在内力计算时采用底部剪力法，D值法进行水平荷载作用下的计算。建筑设计部分包括建筑的平面、立面和剖面设计，主要解决建筑平面布局和立面造型问题，此外对一些细部尺寸进行了设计。 在设计过程中， 关键词： 框架结构；建筑设计ABSTRACT This engineering is Yuanzheng office buildings design, this office building is five layers, each layer are 3.9 m, the main width is 6.6 m, its construction area is about 4600m2, its height is 20.4 m.
