MACROBUTTON MTEditEquationSection2 SEQ MTEqn \r \h \* MERGEFORMAT SEQ MTSec \r 1 \h \* MERGEFORMAT SEQ MTChap \r 1 \h \* MERGEFORMAT 摘 要 在我国科学技术和经济不断发展的前提下,在制造业和过程工业中, 多数的动力来源是电动机,而对电动机的控制源于变频器的控制。变频控制在工业生产和人民生活中起着越来越重要的作用，对电机控制水平的要求也越来越高。因此，我们希望用一种更加便捷、安全可靠、能实现远程控制，更具人性化的电机控制系统。 本设计主要以WinCC组态软件、PLC和6SE70变频器为核心。通过WinCC组态软件与S7-300系列的CPU315-2DP PLC进行通信,CPU315-2DP PLC再通过PROFIBUS-DP总线控制6SE70变频器，来对三相交流异步电动进行控制。 本设计通过PC机和现场操台作分别实现对三相异步电动机控制,并能够在PC机上显示三相异步电动机的电流实际值和转速的实际值。PC机上可修改电机的转速，并通过报警画面，显示电机的故障。电机的历史状态和当前状态可在历史趋势曲线读取。同时，在控制画面中有变频器上电指示和变频器启动指示。从而，整个组态界面实现远程控制。 关键词：WinCC组态软件；6SE70变频器；STEP7编程软件；S7-300；MPI通信 ABSTRACT With Chinas science and technology and the constant development of economy, most of the power source is the motor from frequency converter in manufacturing and process industries. Frequency conversion control in industrial production and peoples life plays a more and more important role in motor control. What’s more, the requirements of motor control level also become more and more strict. Therefore, we hope to use a more convenient and safe and reliable, that can realize remote control, more humanized motor control system. This design mainly WinCC configuration software, PLC and 6SE70 inverter as core. Through WinCC configuration software and S7-300 series of CPU315-2DP PLC CPU315-2DP communicate, and then through PLC control profibus-dp 6SE70 inverter, came to a 3-phase asynchronous electric control. This design through the PC and on-site fuck sets to be realized respectively three-phase asynchronous motor control, and can in PC display three-phase asynchronous motor current practical value and the actual value speed .In PC can modify motor speed. And through the alarm screen display motor, fault. Motor history status and the current state of the motor can be loaded in historical trend curve .Meanwhile, in the control picture has instructions for inverter power on and inverter startup.
