物美连锁超市存货管理问题研究及对策分析 摘 要 21世纪是连锁超市飞速发展的时代 在我国连锁超市在经济发展中的地位日益重要。自1994年开始中国连锁超市的平均增长速度在70以上加入WTO以后我国刚刚发展起来的连锁零售业正面临着西方发达国家零售连锁商的夹击而提高竞争力的关键在于库存管理的好坏。物美集团是国内以连锁方式经营超市的专业集团公司之一随着规模的扩大物美连锁超市在存货方面也暴露出了一些问题。 本文的核心思想是中国连锁零售业必须提高自身竞争力而其关键在于改进库存管理模式。然后文章据此进行分析提出了改进中国连锁零售业的库存管理模式的一些建议。主要采用理论联系实际的方法从物美超市存货采购、储备物流配送流程存货周转率指标与供应商的关系等方面进行分析得出物美超市的存货管理在存货结构控制、存货周转率分析和存货成本核算等方面存在一定的漏洞进而提出针对性的建议和解决措施寻求一种先进的存货管理模式。 关键词连锁超市存货成本存货管理模式 III物美连锁超市存货管理问题研究及对策分析?Abstract The 21st century is the era of rapid development of supermarket chains supermarket chains in Chinas position in economic development increasingly important.
