Ⅰ摘 要 21世纪是知识经济的时代,知识产业在产业结构中的比重日益增大,知识管理成为各大企业关注的焦点,知识型员工成为企业最核心的人力资本。知识型员工是知识经济时代的核心生产力,是整个企业的灵魂,是企业生存与发展的命脉。知识型员工一般有一个共同点,即拥有企业相对稀缺宝贵的资源一一知识资本和知识创新能力。如何进行有效的知识管理,充分发挥知识型员工在知识管理中的核心作用,最大限度地提高知识型员工的生产力,从而提高企业的竞争力,是现代管理上的重大课题。 本文通过对大量关于知识型员工管理的研究,为论题提供了大量的依据,根据国内外知识型员工管理和激励“四力模型”等两大方面的大量的研究成果,借鉴他们的成功经验,将激励四力模型运用到实习企业中,通过激励四力模型的四力深入分析企业在对知识型员工的激励机制中存在的问题,并分别阵对企业在“四力”方面存在的问题提出解决问题的方法,并真正做到对知识型员工的激励,促进企业的长远健康发展。 关键词:知识型员工;激励;激励四力模型 Ⅰ ABSTRACT The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, increasing the proportion of knowledge-based industries in the industrial structure, knowledge management has become the focus of attention of major companies and knowledge workers to become the most core human capital. Knowledge workers is the core productivity of the knowledge economy era is the soul of the whole enterprise, is the lifeblood of corporate survival and development. Knowledge workers generally have one thing in common, that is owned enterprises relative scarcity of the precious resource - intellectual capital and knowledge innovation capability. how to conduct effective knowledge management, give full play the central role of knowledge workers in knowledge management to maximize the productivity of knowledge workers, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is a major issue in modern management.
