企业绿色管理决策模型之研究 A Bayesian Decision Model for Green Management 1朱斌妤、2黄启诚、3高明瑞 Pin-Yu Chu, Chi-Cheng Huang, Ming-Rea Kao 1国立中山大学公共事务管理研究所教授 Institute of Public Affairs Management, National Sun-Yat-Sen University 2国立中山大学公共事务管理研究所硕士 Institute of Public Affairs Management, National Sun-Yat-Sen University 3国立中山大学企业管理学系教授 Department of Business Management, National Sun-Yat-Sen University 摘　　要 永续发展已经成为全世界关注的焦点，而绿色管理(Green Management)乃是为了帮助企业将对环境的关怀导入其管理中，使企业能够朝向永续经营，对于企业而言，尤其是高污染性的企业，如何透过决策分析的过程以选择合适的环保策略是当今重要的管理议题。本研究以高雄林园工业区的15家化工业为主要研究对象，以问卷调查影响化工业推动绿色管理的因素以及整合问卷调查结果，以贝氏理论(Bayesian Theory)及其分析工具－关联图(Influence Diagram)建构与分析化工业的绿色管理决策，研究结果发现，外商化工业比较倾向选择主动式环保策略，本土化工业则比较倾向选择被动式环保策略。 关键字：环境保护、绿色管理、贝氏理论、关联图 Abstract Sustainable development has become an essential issue in the world. According to the emphases of green management and sustainable development, various industries, particularly the petrochemical corporations, can and have to pioneer new strategies for integrating the environment into their overall business strategy and for simultaneously improving their environmental and business performance. Green management can help business to implement environmental efforts, thus business should take the green management into account in decision-making. This study utilizes a mail survey for 15 petrochemical corporations in Kaoshiung to identify critical factors influencing their decisions of green management. We incorporate the results of the mail survey into an integrated decision model based on the Bayesian decision analytic approach. The results of this study indicate the foreign corporation inclines to choose active environmental strategy and the domestic corporation inclines to choose passive environmental strategy.
