摘要 在CDMA系统中，作为无线通信的一项至关重要的技术，软切换得到了越来越多的关注。在什么条件下执行软切换、采取哪一种软切换策略、软切换的性能如何等等问题构成了软切换控制的核心问题。WCDMA 系统是当今第三代移动通信系统的主流标准之一，研究在该系统中的软切换问题具有重大的现实意义。 本文首先介绍了第三代移动通信技术以及切换技术的一些前提背景知识；然后介绍了WCDMA系统的构成。接下去讨论了WCDMA系统的无线资源管理技术和切换技术，通过对几种切换类型的对比，得出软切换的优势所在。紧接着着重介绍了WCDMA的软切换三个过程，测量、判决和执行阶段。在此前提下，提出了几种不同的算法和不同的仿真模型，以及对系统性能指标的衡量。然后论述了几个重要的参数对系统性能的不同影响，并给出了了最佳值，以进一步优化其网络系统。 最后对课题进行了总结，并展望了未来的软切换研究工作。 关键词：WCDMA 软切换 算法 仿真 参数 ABSTRACT As one of the crucial technologies for seamless communication in CDMA system, soft handover has been absorbed more and more investigations. When to carry on soft handover, which soft handover algorithm to be chosen and what the performances of soft handover are the kernel questions of the soft handover. WCDMA is one of the mainstream standards of the 3G cellular communication systems, the research and development of soft handover algorithm in WCDMA system is an important issue. First，this paper introduces the premise background knowledge of the third generation mobile communication technology and switching technology，then the composition of the WCDMA system is introduced，next it discusses the radio resource management technology and switching technology of the WCDMA system. According to the comparison of Switch several types ，we can see the advantages of soft switching. Then this paper emphatically introduces the three prosses of WCDMA Soft switch，Measurement, judgment and implementation phases.In this context,it gives several different algorithms and different simulation models, as well as a measure of system performance indicators. And then the different effects of several important parameters on system performance are introduced. In order to further optimize their network systems，the best value is given. Finally ，some problems and suggestions are proposed.
