组织绩效与企业组织结构相关性研究.docVIP

摘　　要 企业组织结构的先进性与合理性直接影响到企业经营活动的效率和竞争能力的强弱。随着企业的成长和内外部各种影响因素的变化，企业不不断调整自身结构使其适应变化和发展。针对目前各大型企业集团在新经济形势下不断对企业的组织结构形式进行的调整和转变，以及由于组织结构形式和公司治理结构的调整从而不断适应现代发展这一现象，从企业行业结构与组织结构形式的关系、地区分布与组织结构形式的关系、所有制结构与组织结构形式的关系、企业规模和盈利能力与组织结构形式的关系等指标进行统计研究，为我国上市企业组织结构的构建和变革提供借鉴，同时也期望有助于提升企业组织在动态的环境中的应变能力和发展能力。本文选取有代表性的100家大型上市企业的5个指标进行量化研究，分析得出：大型上市企业组织结构呈现较大的一致性，即大多数都采用事业部制组织结构形式，工作更加专门化，权力更加分散，其组织结构形式更有利于企业在当今多元化、不稳定的经济社会形式下生存。同时，通过读数据相关性分析及对比分析，得出以下结论。一、企业组织结构形式与企业规模显著相关。二、企业组织结构与企业成长性显著相关；三、企业组织结构形式与企业盈利能力显著相关；四、企业所有制结构与企业组织规模有较弱的相关性。五、企业组织结构与企业行业分布、地域分布无显著相关性。最后，根据数据分析结果为我国企业组织结构形式的构建提出建议。 关键词：大型上市公司 企业组织结构 体制改革 Large listed company organization structure analysis Abstract Enterprise organization structure of advanced and reasonable directly affect the enterprise business activities of competition ability, efficiency and the weak.
