The incorporation of low loading levels of nanofillers such as silicon carbide (SiC ) and alumina (Al O ) nanoparticles with large surface areas as p 2 3 well as carbon nanofibers (CNFs) with high aspect ratios into polymers improves their mechanical performances considerably.
