The reliability is the main signal to measure its performance with the tendency of high power, high speed, high fidelity and high stability. However, the NC rotating table, as an inevitable part of NC machine, has affected its overall performance directly because of its high fidelity. In order to improve the optional efficiency and expand the technology scope of NC machine, the feed movement must follow X, Y, and Z coordinate axes as well as being accomplished by NC rotating table to finish its circular feed movement, to reach a purpose that enable the indexing automatically to change the position of machining work pieces with related spindle, and finally make the surface machining conveniently. Besides, improving productivity and machining fidelity, eliminating artificial errors, can also be realized when the NC rotating table is in conjunction with the control of NC system. It is, available to rotating and multi-faced machining, floor parts and boxes parts, mainly applied in NC milling machines and boring machines. The topic in my essay is primarily designed for NC rotating table of milling machines with key parts designing and checking, using the auto CAD software to render assembly drawing and parts drawing.
