洛阳市好客旅馆及地下娱乐城建筑结构设计毕业设计摘 要本毕业设计题目为“洛阳市好客旅馆及地下娱乐城建筑结构设计”。设计的内容包括建筑设计、结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；绘制结构施工图。其中结构设计只选取了宾馆的左半部分进行设计，目的是熟悉设计过程。该设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，建筑层数主体为六层，主体高度为21.45m，总建筑面积7407.46㎡。根据设计要求，设防烈度为7度，抗震等级为三级，设计中考虑抗震设计。根据任务书先确定出柱网布置图，本方案主体结构为纵横向承重框架。先估算构件的截面尺寸，然后选取一榀具有代表性的框架进行计算，计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算；恒载、活载、地震作用下梁柱内力计算；框架内力组合；框架梁柱板配筋计算；楼梯配筋计算及桩基础配筋计算。框架受力钢筋主要采用Ⅲ级钢筋，箍筋主要采用Ⅰ级钢筋。整个方案设计基本符合结构要求，具有一定的合理性。通过对宾馆楼层平面图、立面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构的设计，熟悉了设计的全过程，掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法，顺利地完成了毕业设计任务。同时，对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解，从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。关键词：框架结构，建筑设计，结构设计，抗震设计 THE ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF HAOKE HOTEL AND UNDERGROUND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER IN LUOYANG ABSTRACTThe graduation project entitled “The Architectural and Structural Design of Haoke hotel and underground entertainment center in Luoyang”.
