R esults There w ere 818( 424% ) ch ildren in bre stfeeding 4 m onth s group nd 1109 ( 576% ) ch ildren in bre stfeeding 4 m onths group m ong 1927 ch ildren. The inciden ce of ch ildh ood 2 sthm in bre stfeeding 4 m onths groupw s low er th n th t in bre stfeeding 4 months group ( = 6456, P = 0011) , nd bre st feeding could redu ce the risk of ch ildhood sthm ( OR = 1512; 95% C I: 1097~ 2083) .
