低分子量多元共聚物型水泥降失水剂的合成 摘要 本实验分别以 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸（AMPS）、丙烯酸（AA）、丙烯酰胺（AM）为原料 合成三元共聚型水泥降失水剂，和以 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸（AMPS）、丙烯酸（AA）、丙烯 酰胺（AM）、丙烯磺酸钠（SAS）为原料合成四元共聚型水泥降失水剂。并在水泥浆中对这两种 多元共聚型水泥降失水剂的降失水性能进行了表征，讨论了温度、引发剂、单体配比等各种条 件变化时，聚合物降失水性能的变化情况。实验结果表明，这种多元共聚物是一种适合于在 高温、高矿化度环境下使用的水泥降失水剂。 关键词：2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸，水泥降失水剂，多元共聚物 THE SYNTHESIS OF LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHTS POLYBASIC COPOLYMER CEMENT FILTRATION LOSS CONTROLLER Liu Ping (Department of Materials Chemical Engineering,Beijing Institute of Petro-Chemical Technology 102617) ABSTRACT The experiments compound for the third copolymer cement filtration loss controller by 2-Acraycamido-2-methlpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS), acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA) for materials .and compound for the tetrapolymer cement filtration loss controller by 2-Acrycamido-2-methlpropanesulfonicacid(AMPS),acrylamide(AM),acrylicacid(AA),propyle ne suphur acid natrium(SAS) for materials.
