摘 要 改革开放以来，尤其是实行市场经济体制后，随着社会主义市场经济进程的加快，浙江民营经济发展得甚为迅猛，成为我国经济发展中的一股极为重要的力量。而家族制企业更是在浙江民营经济发展中起着领头的作用，尤其是在国家宏观政策的指引下，凭借着自身优势，取得了令人瞩目的成就，成为了社会主义市场经济中不可忽视的重要企业，在我国社会经济生活中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。然而，如今出现了众多家族制企业破产或发展缓慢的现象，这一至关重要的问题亟待解决。解决问题的关键在于了解家族制企业的财务制度，并针对其存在的问题进行分析以及创新。 本文首先介绍家族制企业的特点和发展状况，以及财务制度的作用和利弊，结合家族制企业财务制度的现状，分析总结其存在的问题和原因。在此基础上，将财务制度从产权制度、组织制度和管理制度三个方面进行创新，提出具体的创新建议，使得企业的问题得到妥善处理和解决，在以后的发展道路上能够顺利前行。 关键词：浙江；家族制企业；财务制度；创新 Abstract Since the reform and opening, especially after implementing the system of market economy, Zhejiang civilian-run economy development is rapid with the progress of the socialist market economy, and becomes the very important strength of Chinas economic development. And family enterprises play a leading role in Zhejiang civilian-run economy development. Under the guidance of national macroeconomic policies, family enterprises rely on their own advantages, and achieve remarkable achievements, and become the important enterprise groups in the socialist market economy and play a more important role in Chinas social economy. But, there are many family enterprises going bankrupt or developing slowly now, and the vital problem needs to be solved. The key of solving problem is to understand the financial system of the family enterprises, and aim the problems to analysis and innovation. This article describes the characteristics and development of family enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of the financial system. And then with the status of financial system in family enterprises, it analyzed and summarized the existing problems and causes. On this basis, the financial system will be innovated from the property rights system, organization system and management system. The paper puts forward specific innovative proposals to make problems properly handled and solved, making the enterprises develop well in future.
