　 摘 要 水力旋流器是分级、脱泥、浓缩、洗涤、净化、磨矿控制等多件用高效率分选设备。广泛用于黑色金属、有色金属、非金属尾矿的造矿领域中，是矿山分级、尾矿筑坝、提纯、油田泥浆净化等的理想产品。它具有结构简单、操作方便、生产能力大、无转动部件、运行可靠、占地面积小和易于实现自动控制等优点。但它也受到操作条件的影响，稳定性较差、动力源的功耗较大。 从水力旋流器的基本结构和工作原理出发,综合评述了水力旋流器在食品工业中具有代表性的应用情况。进而指出,随着科学技术的发展和对其研究的不断深入,水力旋流器将在食品工业领域发挥更为重要作用。 此次毕业设计的课题就是分级水力旋流器的研究与在食品工业中的应用。 叙词:水力旋流器　食品工业　应用 中图分类号:TS203 文献标识码:A Abstract Many of the waterpower swirler is to grade and sheds mud and concentrating and wasing and purifying and mill mine control etc selects separately equipment with the high efficiency rate . Extensively being used the making in the domain of mine of ferrous metal , nonferrous metal and nonmetal tailings is that dam , purification and ideal product that the slurry purification in oil field waits are built to mine hierarchical and tailings . It possesses the structure simply and operation convenience and production capacity greatly and the nothing moves the parts and the operating is reliable and covers an area of the area small unassuming in realizing the merits such as automatic control etc . But it also suffers the influence of operating condition operational condition , and the stability is wronger and the motive force work loss of source is bigger . AbstractAstheapplicationofhydrocyclonesisgettingmoreandmoreinterestsofengineers,theirrepresentativeapplicationinfoodindustryisintroducedinthispaper.Tosumup,hydrocyclonescanbeusedforoperationsofclarification,thickening,washingandclassificationinvolvedinmanyfoodprocessing.Furthermore,hydrocyclones,especiallymini-hydrocycloneshavealreadyfoundtheirwayintobioengineering,suchasyeastseparation,ect.Onmanyoccasions,hydrocycloneshavesubstitutedforotherseparationequipmentandplayanimportantrole.Itcanbeexpectedthathydrocycloneswillfindwiderapplicationinvariouscasesofthefoodindustry.
