数字直流调速系统设计 摘要 双闭环直流调速系统是性能很好 、应用最广的直流调速系统。模拟系统具有物理概念清晰、控制信号流向直观等优点，但其控制规律体现在硬件电路和所用的器件上，因而线路复杂、通用性差，控制效果受到器件的性能、温度等因素的影响。 以微处理器为核心的数字控制系统（简称微机数字控制系统）硬件电路的标准化程度高，制作成本低，且不受器件温度漂移的影响；其控制软件能够进行逻辑判断和复杂运算，更改起来灵活方便。总之，微机控制系统的稳定行好,可靠性高，可以提高控制性能，此外还拥有信息存储 数据通信和故障诊断等功能。 电机调速系统采用微机实现了数字化控制。采用微机控制后，整个调速系统可以实现全数字化，结构简单，可靠性提高，操作起来维护方便。本文介绍的是一个用80C196KC单片机作为主控制器的触发与转速测量等环节都实现数字化的数字控制双闭环直流调速系统。80C196KC单片机集成了许多以前都认为是外设的电路，大大降低了硬件的复杂程度，提高了系统的稳定性。 关键词　80C196KC单片机 ； 数字调节器 ； 数字控制； Design of Digital DC turning-speed System Abstract The double-loop of DC turning-speed system has a good function, and is the widest used DC turning-speed system. The imitate system has clear physical concept, and the control signal floats to the destination clearly. But it controls the hardware of electric circuit and the components of machine, As a result, the circuit is complicated, and general use is bad, and the result of control has been effect by such as quality of circuit and temperature. With microprocessor for core of the digital control system (called the micro digital control system), the hardware of electrical circuit standardizes high degree, and the creation cost is low, and can’t be influenced by the temperature -drift of machine. It controls the software and can carry on the logic judgment and complicated operation, it also can be changed convenient. In a word, the micro control system has good stability. The credibility is so high that it can improve the control function. In addition, it can improve the function of saving information ,data correspondence and examining the errors. The DC turning-speed system adopts the micro computer to carry out digital control .After adopting the micro computer control, it can carry out the whole digital control, and has simple structure. It can be operated convenient。An introductive of this text is the main controller with the single-chip microcomputer of 80C196KCs, which can control the silicon to trigger and turn the measure to velocity. 80C1
