They have made a significant contribution to the study of business contracts. 学 术 价 值 和 现 实 意 义 Business activities are defined in business contracts. So business contracts play a very important role in this field. However, there are many people in China who are not aware of that business contract is a kind of legal document, and who can’t master its linguistic features well. Consequently, when it comes to deal with the issues of contracts, lots of conflicts and misunderstands appear among them. In order to facilitate the commercial communication between other countries, protecting our rights and interests by the weapon of law, businessmen in our country ought to acquire the knowledge about business contracts.
