毕业论文（设计） 题目汽车维修人员应具备的素质 学生姓名 学号 班 级 专 业 分 院 指导教师 2012年 12 月 25 日 长春职业技术学院毕业论文（设计）专用纸 第 1页 汽车维修人员应具备的素质 【摘要】 随着科学技术不断在汽车行业的广泛应用，对维修人员也提出了更高的要求。本文从汽车维修的职业道德、规范化的职业观念、较强的逻辑推理能力、机电液一体化的工种能力、挑选和使用新设备、汽车外语基础、计算机知识七个方面对汽车维修人员的能力与素质进行一些研究，指出了汽车维修企业人才结构存在的问题以及高技能人才的缺乏，并对汽车维修高技能人才应具备的素质进行了阐述，指出高等院校应承担起培养汽车维修高技能人才的重要责任。较短和收入偏低，是导致人员流动性大的主要原因。流动性大，不仅造成大量汽修专业人才流失，而且影响了汽车维修企业的可持续发展。 汽车维修；高技能人才；状况；素质 第 2页 ABSTRACT Unceasingly along with the science and technology in the automotive industry a wide range of applications, repair personnel to also put forward higher requirements.
