Grooving machine is mainly used for asphalt and cement road surface crack defect treatment of slotting jobs, namely through six special blade quickly irregular cracks into uniform grooves, form a new joint surface. Can work to make the tool bit stable into uniform grooves, the irregular cracks will thanks to the decision of the slot machines flexible shaft and the stability of bearing seat. So the shaft and bearing seat is an integral part of the slot machines. This topic for everybody detailed introduction of pavement structure of grooving machine and machine housing design, this article introduced in general can be divided into two aspects. First, introduces grooving machine mainly bearing seat, bearing based on ANSYS finite element analysis, analysis of bearing parts, and then to design and manufacture process. The second aspect, the paper introduces the road grooving machine, from all the structure of the whole machine and cutting head is introduced grooving machine, and gives two kinds of concrete brand slot as examples for us specify the application characteristics and grooving machine is widely applied in the practical life.
