湖南软件职业学院 毕业设计（作业）  题 目 商务英语毕业生在人才市场竞争中的优势与劣势 学生姓名 伍谭丽 学 号 201106010117 院 系 经济管理学院 专业班级 商务英语1101班 指导教师 曾慧林 2013 年 12 月  内容摘要 本文分为三章，第一部分为毕业生在人才市场中的就业现状，分析了国内市场环境和外贸发展现状以及商务英语毕业生的就业前景；第二部分主要阐述了商务英语专业的优势与劣势；第三部分阐述的是如何提高商务英语专业毕业生在人才市场中的竞争力，分别从掌握好专业知识、提高社交能力、树立正确的就业观这三个方面进行了分析。本文通过对高职高专商务英语专业人才需求的调查，分析了目前行业发展现状和趋势以及行业对本专业毕业生所具备知识、能力及素质的要求。针对我国经济发展环境下大学生就业压力加大，就业形势日益严峻等问题，并从影响高校毕业生就业困难因素着手，提出了缓解高校大学生就业困难的一些措施和办法。 关键词 商务英语专业；人才市场；竞争力；优势与劣势  Abstract This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the present employment situation of graduates in the job market, analyzing of the domestic market and foreign trade development and business English graduates employment prospects; the second part mainly expounds the advantages and disadvantages of business English majors; the third part is how to improve business English major graduates in the job market competitiveness, separately from mastering professional knowledge, improving social skills, establishing a correct concept of employment of these three aspects of the analysis. This paper has analyzed the current situation and development tendency of this industry and the requirements in knowledge, abilities, and qualities of Business English graduates. In reaction to this problem of the graduates’ increasing employment pressure and the employment becoming increasingly serious, and brought some measures and methods of easing the difficulties from the factors that influence the employment of college students.
