摘要：该工艺污水处理流程为：分流井→粗格栅→污水提升泵房→细格栅→配水井→沉砂池→配水井→曝气池→二沉池→消毒接触池→巴氏计量槽→出水排放。 污泥处理流程为：污泥→污泥回流泵房→污泥浓缩池→贮泥池→污泥脱水车间→泥饼外运。 设计过程中充分考虑各工艺在实际运行中的应用情况,以及结构的复杂情况等。 本设计说明书主要内容包括：设计原始资料，污水厂工艺流程，总体布置，建筑物、构筑物设计。 通过此工艺的处理，出水水质将达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级B标准。 关键词：　城市污水处理厂；传统活性污泥法；沉淀池；污泥处理 The technology for wastewater treatment process：collection matches well→the medium screen→the pumping station→the fine screen→collection matches well→Sink sand pool→collection matches well→Aeration pool→the secondary settling tank→ the disinfection tank→measuring tank→discharged into the river. The sludge treatment procedure is: sludge→the bumping room→the grawity thickening tank→the sludge storing tank→the sludge dewatering room. The process of designing fully consider all of the practical operation of the situation and structure of the complex situation. The specification of the design including the original design information, the sewage disposal procedure, design of water main structures. After the treatment of this craft, the disposal water quality will reach the first class B standard of《pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant 》(GB18918-2002 ).
