论 文 摘 要 二战以后,国际贸易中产业内贸易在工业化国家和新兴工业化国家(地区)得到了飞速 发展。根据西方学者的研究发现,工业化国家和地区间的产业内贸易指数高于新兴工业化 国家和地区,而新兴工业化国家和地区又高于发展中国家。较高的产业内贸易水平反映了 一国在多变的贸易环境中具有较强的竞争力。1994年东盟自由贸易区计划正式实施以来， 中国与东盟经济合作得到较快的发展，双边贸易有了一定程度的提高。并且，东盟区内贸 易的扩大很大程度上来源于产业内贸易，这是一个值得研究的问题。 随着中国与东盟贸易的快速增长，双边贸易结构发生显著变化,双方逐渐由传统的产 业间贸易向产业内贸易发展。 本文运用 GL 产业内贸易指数对中国与东盟的大量贸易资料进行分析，证实了它们之 间存在产业内贸易比重不断提高的趋势；分析了中国与东盟产业内贸易发展的动因；在此 理论基础上，论文对发展中国与东盟产业内贸易对中国经济的效应和对东盟经济的效应进 行了进一步的研究. 最后，论文提出了强化和发展中国与东盟产业内贸易的一些政策建议。 关键词：中国，东盟，产业内贸易，G-L 指数 5 ABSTRACT After the world war Ⅱ, the intra-industry trade has been developing quickly in industrialized countries and newly-industrialized countries(NICs). According to the research by western studies , the intra-industry trade indexes of industrialized countries are higher than that of newly-industrialized countries , which by the turn are higher than that of developing countries and the higher the intra-industry level is , the more competitive a countrys commodity is. The ASEAN free trade area was built in 1994, since then, their economy and Cooperation improved quickly, the trade also improved, so, intra—industry trade which is the Main form, This problem is useful. With the rapid increase of mutual trade between China and ASEAN, both parties’trade structure has been changed notably. The both parties shift from inter-industry trade to intra-industry trade. By employing the Grubel-Lloyd intra-industry trade index to analyze the trade data of China and ASEAN ，the paper testifies the existence of the increasing trend of intra-industry trades between China and ASEAN.
