摘 要 随着经济全球化、国际金融自由化的发展，越来越多的国家放松金融管制， 全球证券市场一体化程度在不断加深，中国证券市场的开放力度也在不断地加 深，研究中国证券市场在有效地防范金融危机风险的同时，如何获得开放的收益 是本文的研究重点。基于此，本文首先对证券市场开放的概念进行了界定，并介 绍了研究方法；其次，从理论上研究证券市场开放对经济的影响；再次，从中国 证券市场的开放历史来研究开放的现状及特征;第四，研究中国证券市场开放对 证券市场、上市公司的影响；最后，研究目前证券市场开放存在的问题以及应对 的策略。 本文经过研究分析，得出以下结论： 1、通过证券市场的开放，中国投资者的结构变化、证券行业的发展有益于 资本市场的稳定和发展。 2、通过证券市场的开放，提高了上市公司的质量，增强了上市公司的核心 竞争力，并对控股股东的上市行为模式和价值取向产生积极的影响。 3、通过证券市场的开放，监管措施的进一步完善保证了资本市场的健康发 展。 关键词:证券市场 开放 收益 I Abstract With economic globalization and more freedom in international finance, an increasing number of countries have loosed financial regulation. Globalization in securities market is growing and Chinese securities market has been opened more and more broadly. How did Chinese securities market achieve profit from opening and prevent itself from financial crisis effectively at the same time? That is the issue for this paper. In this paper, first of all, definition of opening of securities market and study methods is introduced. Secondly, the influence from the opening on economy is studied theoretically. Thirdly, the status and features of current opening is studied in terms of history of Chinese open securities market. Fourthly, the influence from opening on securities market and listed companies is analyzed. Finally, problems existing in the open securities market and suggested solutions are discussed. After detailed study and analysis, the following points are concluded: The development in securities industry via opening of securities market and structural adjustment in Chinese investors is beneficial to stability and growth of capital market.
