暨南大学硕士论文 摘要 在日益强调自主创新能力的当下，作为高新技术企业孵化器的大学科技园备受社会各 界的重视。从20世纪70年代以来，国内外学者对其进行了大量研究，并已取得了一定成 果。然而，较少有学者从大学科技园的功能、模式及政策等全面深入地进行探讨，并分析 三者之间的相关性。此外，以往对科技园的研究多为由理论到理论的推演性研究，实践性 研究基本属于个人观点陈述和经验总结，而多案例比较分析、标准的实证研究极少出现。 针对这一现状，本文从功能定位、运行模式选择及相关政策角度，对广东省大学科技 园进行探讨。本文认为，大学科技园在发展经营过程中，应恰当选择符合自身实际的运行 模式，主要体现在高管来源、投资来源、技术来源、产业结构、激励机制、依托大学的实 力及政策体系等方面，从而真正实现科技园应有的功能价值。本文基于国外成功大学科技 园模式选择的经验基础上，通过对我国广东省各大学科技园进行实地调研考察，深入了解、 剖析其经营发展现状，并对其功能定位、运行模式及相关政策进行多案例比较分析，立足 于探讨大学科技园如何进行模式选择及政策扶持，更好地发挥科技园应有的效应和功能， 并对广东省大学科技园的经营发展提出相应建议。 关键词：大学科技园、功能定位、模式选择、政策构建 I 暨南大学硕士论文 Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt Today the ability of independent innovation is increasingly stressed, as the high-tech business incubators,the university science parks aroused much public attention. Since the 70s in th 20 century, domestic and foreign scholars have undertaken extensive research and haveachieved certain results. However, less scholars made researches from the angle of functionality、development patterns、relatedpolicy of university science park,and analyzed the correlation between the three. In the past, researches on the university science park were studied with deduction theory, the practical researches were on the base of personal views and experience summarization. So the comparative analysis of multiple cases and the standard empirical researches rarely appeared. In response to this sutiation, this article were discussed from the functional orientation、 development patterns and relatedpolicy of university science parks in Guangdong Province. This paper argues during the development and management process, the university science parks should choose the right management style、operationmode、venture capital model、incentives、 industry structure model and the use of brand on the base of actual situation,
