要 随着电力建设的快速发展，电力物资采购已由计划经济转变为市场经济，并 列入了招标采购方式，市场化的竞争与博弈由此也进入了招投标竞争与博弈。 在当前的招投标竞争博弈中，由于投标人、招标人、业主三者之间存在着各 自的利益，均围绕着各自利益博弈，加之招投标法律制度的不完善，使得招投标 中经常出现各种各样的问题。本文拟通过对江西省电力工程设备招投标的分析与 研究，从电力设备招投标博弈的角度提出相应的对策，力促电力设备招投标真正 实现公开、公平、公正。 本文主要通过以下几个方面进行论述：一是通过分析江西电力工程设备招投 标现状寻找探索存在问 ；二是通过对业主企业与竞标企业的不完全信息静态博 弈分析研究其约束条件；三是通过对竞标企业之间的博弈分析研究相应对策；四 是通过对竞标企业与招标代理机构的博弈分析探索相应对策；五是通过博弈分析 对江西电力设备招标发展提出相应对策。 关键词：电力设备 招标 博弈 对策 1 Abstract With the rapid development of electric power, the purchasing for electric power material changes from planned economy into market economy, have listed in the purchasing way of invitation to tender. Market-oriented competition have entered into the bidding competition. At present, because of the respective benefit between the bidder , invitation to bid people and proprietor triple, there are all kinds of problem often appears in the bidding competition game. By the analysis to Jiangxi power engineering equipment tender, the paper brings forward the corresponding countermeasure from power equipment tender, in order to the real realization of an environment of open , impartial , impartial for power equipment tender .
