Its practical application background is very wide, including natural science, social science, engineering technology, economy, management, military and industrial and agricultural production and other fields. Through continuous development, theory and method of subject itself are becoming more and more developed. In recent years, the knowledge of penetration probability and statistics dpemetrat enormous disciplines such as physics, genetics, information and so on. In addition, in social , the interview, gambling, lottery, sports and the weather and so on even involve the knowledge of probability study . That is to say, probability statistics is one of the most active widely used discipline in mathematics at present. As an important part of mathematics probability theory and mathematical statistics used more and more widely in life and plays a more and more widely a
