模糊聚类算法分析及其matlab的实现摘要模糊聚类分析是当前在模糊数学中应用最多的几个方法之一，可以将研究的样本进行合理的分类，所以，也被广泛地应用于天气预报、地震预测、地质探勘、运动员心理素质分类、河川水质污染程度等方面。首先，文章对数据挖掘的定义，历史背景和国内外的一些成果做了介绍，并对模糊聚类的概况也做了基本的讲述。其次，围绕两个典型的模糊聚类算法：模糊C-均值聚类算法和模糊K-均值聚类算法的思想、步骤和相关的模糊聚类分析的基础知识进行了详细的介绍。对模糊K-均值聚类算法的几个改进算法也进行了研究。最后，针对两个典型模糊聚类算法的理论思想，将其在matlab平台上实现，仔细分析了算法实现的思想和代码。并抽取了主要的算法结合图片和数据进行了聚类结果的分析研究。关键词：模糊聚类，matlab，模糊C-均值聚类算法，模糊K-均值算法Fuzzy Clustering Algorithm Analysis and Actualize on MatlabAuthor: Zhou JieTutor: Chen JuanAbstractNowaday fuzzi clustering analysis is one of the most popular methods which can classify the samples researched into the reasonable classes. Therefore ， it is widely used in many areas , such as the weather forecast , the earthquake forecast , the geology prospecting , the athlete psychology quality classification , the pollution degree of river water quality and so on.Firstly, in this paper, definitions and background history and some accomplishment both in and out of our country of data mining are introduced, and some general situations of fuzzy clustering are being introduced too.Secondly, many pages of the details which focus on the two representative fuzzy clustering algorithm, fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm and fuzzy K-means clustering algorithm are shown. In these pages some relative basic definition of fuzzy clustering analysis is introduced in detail. And some research on the improving algorithms of the fuzzy K-means has been done tooo.At last but not least, the method of how to actualize these two representative fuzzy clustering algorithms on matlab and the code are described at length. At the same time , I chose some mean algorithms and discuss the clustering results with the help of illusions and data.
