Sci .2009 ,37( 12) :5414 - 5417 责任编辑 常俊香 责任校对 况玲玲 不同穗型水稻品种根系空间分布的研究 * 王贺, 王伯伦 , 李静, 王术, 黄元财, 贾宝艳 ( 沈阳农业大学农学院, 辽宁沈阳110161) 摘要 [ 目的] 研 究不 同穗型水稻群体的根 系分布特征 。[ 方法] 以沈稻3 号( 半直立穗型) 和沈稻7 号( 弯曲穗型) 为供试水稻 品种, 分别 在其拔节期、齐穗期、成 熟期, 以稻株为 中心, 挖取长30 c m、宽13 .3 c m、深30 c m 的土块, 将土块至土表 向下每 10 c m 划为1 层, 测定不 同 土层 中的根 系体积、总吸收面积和 活跃吸收面积 。[ 结果] 沈稻3 号在成 熟期仍保持较高的根 系活性, 且成熟期上层(0 ～10 c m) 根 系对水 稻生长影响较 大; 沈稻7 号齐穗期根 系生长旺盛, 中层( 10 ～20 c m) 和下层( 20 ～30 c m) 根系对水稻生长影响较 大;2 水稻 品种根 系在各层 中的分布总体表现为越接近稻株中心, 所占比例越 大。[ 结论] 不 同水稻品种根 系体积 、干 系干重及其在不同土层 中的分布存在差别。 关键词 穗型; 水稻; 根 系; 空间分布 中图分类号 S511 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611(2009) 12 - 05414 - 04 Study on Spatial Distribution of Root Systemof Rice Varieties with Different Panicle Type WANG He et al ( Agricultural College of Shengyang Agricultural University ,Shengyang ,Liaoning 110161) Abstract [ Obj ective] The ai m was to study the distribution characteristics of root systemof rice population with different panicle type . [ Method] With Shengdao 3 ( semi- erect panicle type) and Shengdao 7( curved panicle type) as the tested rice varieties ,the clod length of 30 c m,wi dth of 13 .3 c m and depth of 30 c mwith rice plant as center was dug at j ointing ,full heading and mature stage of rice resp . The clod was divi dedi nto 3 layers fromsoil surface to bottom (each layer was 10 c m) ,the root volume ,total absorption area and active absorption area in different soil layers were determined . [ Result ] Shengdao 3 still remai ned high root activity at mature stage and the effect of its root i n upper soil (0 - 10 c m) on growth of rice was bigger at mature stage . The root of Shengdao 7 grown strongly at heading stage and its root in meddle layer ( 10 - 20 c m) and lowlayer (20 - 30 c m) had bigger effects on growth of rice . The distr
