The nearest medical facility is very close to the Pipeline company and project site, and this will be used as the medical facility. Send information to SARS task force. Info sent. Flybacks All flybacks are cancelled until further notice. Programme management will review overall SARS situation and reinstate flybacks when it is safe to do so. May 1-5 holiday period flybacks are cancelled. All team members are advised that if they still travel, they will be subjected to any procedures implemented by the project client management own their own time and expenses. Safe project work environment Ensure project work space is clean, well ventilated, and not crowded. If not, look for alternative work space or consider working from hotel rooms. Consider working from home if possible. Request client to provide alcohol sprays or gels for hands. If client cannot provide, project management should provide. Request client to have cleaners clean and disinfect project work space every day. Project data backup Project data should be backup twice a day (1) before lunch (2) at end of day. Appoint specific people in each team to do regular backups into their notebooks. Access to project’s LAN via internet Explore options to connect to project site’s LAN using the internet. Sinopec HQ is implementing a VPN facility to allow project team members to access the SAP servers via the internet. VPN should be operational on April 28/29.
