Osteoglycin 的研究进展#  张赫，侯力 **  5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （大连医科大学病理学教研室, 大连, 116044） 摘要：Osteoglycin（OGN）是蛋白聚糖（PGs）类物质的一员，属于富亮氨酸低分子蛋白聚 糖（SLRPs）家庭成员。SLRP 家族是共享一个由 6~12 个串联的富亮氨酸重复单位组成的中 心结构，N 末端和 C 末端特异性的半胱氨酸簇组成的核心蛋白。它存在于由结缔组织的细 胞外基质，并参与基质的合成，胶原纤维形成的调控，以及细胞的迁移，增殖。在角膜功 能，心血管功能以及肿瘤细胞的生长，粘附与移行方面起着重要作用。 关键词：肿瘤学；Osteoglycin；心脏。 中图分类号：R73 The research progress of Osteoglycin ZHANG He, HOU Li (Dalian medical university, dalian 116044) Abstract: OGN is a member of a class of proteoglycans(PGs) called small leucine-rich proteoglycans(SLRPs) residing in the extracellular matrix of connective tissues.
