全套图纸或资料，联系q 174320523 本科毕业设计论文 题目：方糖堆积机构的设计 院 系： 机电工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 2010年 月 方糖堆积机构的设计 摘要 随着人们对商品包装要求越来越高，包装机械行业成为包装工业的重要组成部分。包装机械能使产品包装过程机械化、自动化，大大提高生产效率。本次设计的方糖堆积过程是方糖包装过程中最重要的阶段，堆积机构顺利地工作直接影响到产品包装的生产效率。方糖成型后均匀分散在不钢传送带上，该产品随着传送带平稳地运动。先在运动轨道上设置横向堆积调节装置来完成横向堆积，再通过一组平面四杆机构完成纵向堆积，紧接着经机械手四杆机构和真空泵吸盘的配合使用，产品被迭合为三层成为一包，共108块，完成方糖包装前的堆积工作，然后进行下道工序。通过对各部分的作用分析，设计出相应能解决其各自功能的机构，本文进行了总体设计和设计计算，最后使得四杆机构能够按照预期的运动轨迹完成产品堆积。 关键词：横向堆积、纵向堆积。 Devising for the agency of accumulation Abstract As the increasingly demanding for goods packaging, packaging machinery industry now is to become an important part of the packaging industry. Packaging machine can make packaging process more mechanization and automation, dramatically improve productivity. The process of sugar accumulation is the most important procedure of sugar packaging. Whether the accumulation mechanism work smoothly directly influence on product packaging productivity. After forming, sugar dispersed on stainless steel conveyor belt, the product move smoothly on belt .Firstly,we set a horizontal lateral stacking conditioning devise to regulate the horizontal accumulation; then through a vertical plane four-bar linkage complete accumulation, followed by the four-bar linkage manipulator and vacuum suction cups for use with the products to be Recessed into a package for the three A total of 108, before the completion of the accumulation of sugar packaging work, and then proceed to the next process.
