摘要 作为铁路的主要运输方式之一,货运在铁路运输中起着举足轻重的地位。近年来,伴随着铁路建设不断向高速重载的方向迅猛发展,运输事故也常有发生。而铁道部对货车运行中的多次事故进行分析后,认为超偏载是引发货车脱轨的主要因素,从而对货运列车超偏载的监测工作日益加强。超偏载检测设备能有效防止超载、偏载货车进入铁路干线,从而确保铁路货车运行的稳定和安全。 本文通过对现阶段上海铁路局管辖范围内超偏载检测装置基本情况的分析,结合现场情况对几类常用的超偏载检测设备进行了介绍,并总结了它们运行过程中的常见故障。同时通过分析研究,结合各种现场实际情况提出了具体故障的处理办法和意见,能为更有力地发挥我局超偏载检测装置的安全保障作用,提高设备的稳定性和可靠性起到积极作用。 关键词:超偏载检测 故障 分析处理 Abstract As the main way of railway transportation,freight cars plays an important position. In recent years, along with the high-speed and overloading of trains development, accidents often occurs. After analyzing those running accidents of trains, the Railway Department considers that overload and imbalanced load are the prime reasons leading to running off rail of trains, and so gradually enhance the safety monitoring by detecting overload and imbalanced load. Overload and uneven-load detection equipment can effectively prevent the overload, partial-load trains run into the main railway line, thus ensuring into freight cars running stability and security. This article analysis the situation of overload and uneven-load detection equipment in Shanghai railway,introduced several common types of overload and uneven-load detection equipment based on the field situation and summarized the common failures in their runnings.Also the article puts forward specific fault handling and opinions.It can play the situation of overload and uneven-load detection equipment security role more effectively, and improve the stability and reliability of equipment also.
