All countries regard the development of hi-tech products as the focus of trade competition, and it has improved by tech-innovation. To expand the exports of hi-tech products and develop tech-innovation in Zhejiang province has great significance in the development of hi-tech industries knot adjustment and trade development. Currently, low proportion of high-tech products exports in Zhejiang, and improve the ability of tech-innovation is a fundamental way to expand high-tech exports and stimulate economic growth. This paper has learned technology innovation and hi-tech products export theories, the current situation of them in Zhejiang Province, using of stationary, co integration tests and OLS. Concluding innovation and export have a significant relationship. As through increased investment in tech-innovation to improve the ability of tech-innovation to propose how to use tech-innovation to promote the recommendations of high-tech exports.
