（2011 届） 毕业论文 题 目： 嘉兴市加工贸易的技术溢出效应分析 姓　　名：　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　 　　 学 院： 商学院 专　　业：　　　　　 国际经济与贸易 　　　　 　　　　　　 班　　级：　　　　　　 　 　　　　　　　　　　　 学 号： 指导教师：　　　　　 　 　　　　　　　　　 　 　 导师学科：　　　　　 　 　　　　　　　　　 　 导师职称：　　　　　　 　 　　　　　　　　 　 摘 要 20世纪70年代开始，加工贸易作为一种新型的贸易方式迅速发展，发达国家通过业务外包，贴牌生产等方式将产品生产过程中的较低技术型零部件或生产环节转移到发展中国家完成。而发展中国家引进外资发展加工贸易目的是希望外资进入能带来先进技术，培训熟练的劳动力队伍，从而产生溢出效应。 本文从技术溢出角度，首先探讨了嘉兴市加工贸易发展的现状，研究加工贸易对嘉兴经济增长的作用。再次，在技术溢出相关理论和实证分析的基础上，利用嘉兴市1995-2009年的相关数据，分析了加工贸易过程中所产生的技术溢出效应，包括其对嘉兴市技术水平产生的作用方向，作用程度等。协整检验结果表明嘉兴市加工贸易与全要素劳动生产率存在长期的均衡关系；因果关系检验结果表明，加工贸易的变化是全要素劳动生产率变化的格兰杰原因。最后本文就如何提高嘉兴市加工贸易技术溢出效应提出6点建议。 关键词： ABSTRACT From the 1970s, processing trade is developing rapidly in China as a new trade way. The developed countries transfer the lower technology components or production process to the developing countries. While developing countries introducing foreign capital to develop processing trade is aimed at bringing advanced technology, training the skilled workforce and resulting in a spillover effect.
