They are gradually becoming a new force in international trade，but the problems cropping up in their overseas development deserve our attention．The cultural difference has become the deep-seated reason in trade friction and conflicts．The private enterprise in Zhejiang that want to obtain the competitive advantage in cross cultural international trade need to identify pluralistic cultural differences, obtain the cross-cultural superiority by converging different cultures ,and develop the national outstanding culture to obtain cultural comparative advantages in international trade．This article is analyzed mainly from a cultural perspective, there are four parts.
