And it will have a significant influence on the foreign trade’s development of developing countries. Zhejiang is a large trade province of China. The proportion of exporting to USA is large. There is a variety of products to export. And the carbon emissions standard of Zhejiang is much higher than the standard of USA. America will impose carbon tariff from the countries who dont measure up，which has an effect on economic development of China to some degree. Therefore, it is the key to analyse the tariff and propose the policies to deal with. On the basis of analysis the carbon tariffs’ specific connotation, this article explores the essence of carbon tariffs . And after analyse the influence on Zhejiang’s foreign trade, including foreign trade environment, export increasing speed, the scope of export market and export competitiveness, the article analysis the influence on Zhejiang’s main export commodities.
