(2011 届) 毕业论文 题 目： 商业银行投资银行业务的国际比较研究 姓　　名：　　 　　 　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　 学 院： 商学院 专　　业：　　　　　　 金融学　 　　　　　　　　　　　　 班　　级：　　　 　 　 　　 　　　 学 号： 指导教师：　　　　　　 　 　　 　　　　　　　　 导师学科：　　　　　　 　　 　　　　 　　　 导师职称：　　　　　　 　　 　　 　　　　　 教 务 处 制 2011年5月20日  摘 要 随着客户融资需求的多元化发展，单一的银企借贷模式已经不能满足客户需求。2001年7月中国人民银行颁布了《商业银行中间业务暂行规定》，进一步明确商业银行经央行审批后可以办理金融衍生业务、代理证券、投资基金托管、信息咨询、财务顾问等投资银行业务，这使得商业银行在现有的政策和法律框架内探索投资银行业务拥有了巨大的实践空间和发展空间。2002年以来，工行、建行、光大、民生、浦发、兴业、中信、农行等商业银行纷纷成立投资银行部门，并在银行利润的增加方面发挥了重大作用。但是，我国投资银行产生、发展的历程很短，商业银行投资银行业务只能说刚刚开始，在渐进式银行业管制放松的思路下，不免产生严重问题，因此在金融危机的基础上，探索出一条适合本国行情的发展之路有着重要作用。本文以投资银行业务为主要线索，在金融格局多元化背景下，对比了国内外商业银行的发展状况，从中得出我国发展商业银行投资银行业务的不足，并从国外发展中得出教训和经验。 关键词：ABSTRACT Along with the development of diversified customer financing needs, single mode can not meet the fact lending customer demand.
