Bank of Taizhou as a commercial bank in a good, rapid development momentum in recent years . This paper analyses the reports of Bank of Taizhou in recent years with another six banks (Industrial and commercial bank of China, China construction bank, Zhejing Tailong Commercial Bank, Bank of Ningbo, Bank of Hangzhou, Bank of Jiaxing), compared to its core ability, and core resource. Analyzed data shows that Bank of Taizhou has a good profit ability, risk control ability, and even some indicators far beyond the state-owned commercial Banks. This shows even small-scale urban commercial banks, as long as pinpoint their location, can still find its place in the fierce competition. And the development model of Bank of Taizhou may be a good example for other city commercial banks. And for the state-owned commercial banks, urban commercial banks its flexible management pattern, perhaps may also give certain ins
