本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：医学图像文件平滑技术研究 与实现 学生姓名：张丽丽 学 号：200440504145 专 业：电子信息工程 班 级：2004级1班 指导教师：吕晓琪 教授医学图像文件平滑技术研究与实现 摘要 近几年随着医院信息化建设的深入发展，数字化成像设备之间的数据共享及信息交互，成为数字化医疗发展的一个瓶颈。为了使医疗数字化成为现实，美国在1993年提出了DICOM3.0标准，使得不同厂家采用不同规范生产的医疗设备之间的医学图像及相关数据的通信变得切实可行。 DICOM医学图像数据在普通计算机的解析及显示，是医学图像及其相关数据处理的基础。DICOM3.0规范了医学图像及各种数字信息在异构系统和设备之间存储、传送时的文件格式和语义描述。本论文认真解析了DICOM3.0标准下医学图像文件格式，并研究了普通计算机显示图像的机理，提出了在微机上显示DICOM医学图像的解决方案，并实现了医学图像的平滑。 本设计的实现原理是：将DICOM医学图像格式转换成BMP格式后实现了DICOM图像文件的读取显示，， 关键词：DICOM；格式转换；显示；平滑 Research and implementation of the smoothing of the medical image files Abstract In recent yeas with the Hospital Information building in depth,digital imaging equipment and data sharing between the Internet, a number of medical development of a bottleneck.In order to make a reality of medical statistics,the United States in 1993 by the DICOM3.0 standards, different manufacturers use different makes standardized production of medical equipment between the medical images and related data communications become practical. DICOM medical image data in the analytical and ordinary computer,medical images and related data-processing base.DICOM3.0 norms of the medical images and information in a variety of digital systems and equipment between heterogeneous storage, transmission,file formats and semantic description. This paper conscientiously resolve the DICOM3.0 standards under the medical image file format, and to study the computer images of the ordinary mechanism,proposed in the computer DICOM medical images displayed on a solution and achieve a medical image smoothing technology. The realization of this design principle is: DICOM medical image format will be converted into BMP format to achieve the DICOM medical image of the document read, and be able to show the image storage for other file formats, and on this basis after the show Medical images were smoothed to eliminate the noise on the image.
