毕业论文 (2011届) 餐饮绿色营销策略研究 摘 要 “绿色餐饮”不仅仅要求食物本身的天然与营养,还要求食物的生产和消费过程的绿色环保,是一种以提供保障消费者短期、长期和后代健康的产品为核心,在生产、服务、消费过程中以环保、节约为指导思想的食品制造和消费的一系列服务过程。绿色餐饮是中国餐饮发展到现在的新要求,有意思品牌1999年创立以来,公司秉持诚信待客的服务宗旨,坚持“有您、有我、有意思”的经营理念,努力拓展华东各省区域市场。坚持的复合式休闲餐饮经营模式已得到了广大消费者的认同,并已俨然成为了时尚、流行的标志。然而,和众多餐饮服务业一样,它同样存在本文希望通过对营销研究,建立绿色技术、绿色市场和绿色经济基础的对人类的生态关注给予回应的一种经营方式。关键词:Abstract Green food requires more than the food itself natural and nutrition, also requires that food production and consumption.
