This paper describes the chemical production equipment - cooking pot control system design process. Introduces the current status of cooking pot control system and its development trends, as well as cooking pot control system pipe network requirements, power requirements, control components, temperature control circuit, the water level control circuit, the liquid mixing control circuit, and implementation of PLC to the temperature, liquid level implementation of PLC, PLC to achieve mixing of the liquid. The system is saving energy, reducing environmental pollution, and can change the quality of life, energy and other user-friendly regulation and control advantages of convenience. This paper introduces the system of three parts: the tank design, pipe network connection, the control system. They were introduced three parts: control, temperature control circuit, the working principle of hydraulic control circuits and circuit design.
