毕业论文 （2010届） 杨梅产业冷链物流的问题及对策 摘 要 余姚杨梅产业的发展，促进了山区农村经济的快速增长，带动余姚第一产业和第三产业的兴旺，推动余姚经济的发展，取得了明显的经济、社会与环境效益。作为浙江的传统特产果品，我省的杨梅产量占到全国甚至世界的60%以上。但不可避免的，杨梅产业仍存在一定的问题。其中，最主要的当属杨梅产业的物流问题。杨梅是不耐储存的水果，在采摘及储存过程中极易被损坏，很难较长久地保持其新鲜度，所以余姚杨梅的保鲜需要依靠冷链物流才能实现，但是由于余姚冷链物流发展不成熟，以至于余姚杨梅冷链物流的运用存在着一定的问题。 本文针对余姚杨梅产业冷链物流的应用现状与存在的问题，通过对余姚杨梅冷链物流的运用情况分析、提出冷链物流在余姚杨梅运用中存在的问题，通过比较国内外冷链物流应用现状、吸取加拿大冷链物流发展的经验，从而提出余姚杨梅产业冷链物流发展的对策，改善余姚杨梅产业在冷链物流方面现有的不足，使其更好的发展。 关键词：余姚；杨梅；物流管理；冷链物流； Abstract The development of Yuyao Botany industry, promoting great economic growth to the rural mountain areas in Yuyao, driving the prosperity of Yuyaos primary industry and tertiary industry, and promote economic development in Yuyao, achieved significant economic, social and environmental benefits. As Zhejiangs traditional fruit, our provinces Botany production accounts for more than 60% of the country or even over the world.But inevitably, there are still some problems in Botany industry. The most important problem is about the logistics of it. Botany is intolerant. It can easily be damaged in picking and storage, it is difficult to maintain its freshness over a long time, so Yuyao Botany’s preservation can be achieved by cold chain logistics .But due to the immature development of Yuyao cold chain logistics, so there are some problems in the use of Yuyao Botanys cold chain logistics. In this paper, aiming at the application and problems of Yuyao Botanys cold chain logistics and analysis of use situation of it, proposes the exist problems of it. Through the comparison between home and abroad application in cold logistics and by learning the experience of the Canadian cold chain logistics development, proposes relevant strategies about to how to promote the development of Yuyao Botanys cold chain logistics industry, so it can improve the existing shortage of Yuyao Botany in cold chain logistics industry and achieve better development.
