毕业论文 （20_ _届） 农业上市公司多元化经营与业绩的相关性研究 摘 要 企业多元化经营状况研究是近年来学术界所关注的热点问题之一。之所以引起大家的关注是因为在如今竞争日益激烈的市场环境下，越来越多的企业通过多元化经营的策略来寻求自身利益的增长，以及通过多元化经营的手段使本企业产品在市场中占取更多的份额，当然并不是所有企业在实施多元化经营战略的过程中都是成功的，就如农业上市公司而言，“背农”、“弃农”现象的出现，使我们对多元化经营是否真的有效产生了质疑，因此在这方面的研究显得更有意义。国内外学者对多元化经营方面的研究成果是相当显著的，然而并不是都一致的，在某些方面还存在着一定的差异。本文采用实证分析的研究方法，在论述相关研究成果和理论分析的基础上，选择了24家截至2009年底在上海证券交易所上市的农业上市公司为样本，对我国农业上市公司多元化经营状况进行研究，其中包括对农业上市公司多元化经营现状、多元化经营范围、多元化经营程度、多元化经营动机以及多元化经营与企业绩效之间的关系等问题进行研究调查分析，并得出结论提出建议。 关键词：Abstract The research about the situation of diversified management is a hot issue by academic interests in recent years.Has aroused the attention because now in the increasingly competitive market environment,more and more enterprise through diversification strategy is to seek their own interests,growth,anh through diversified means make the enterprise products take more share in the market,of course not all enterprise is successful in implementing the strategy of diversified,as agricultural listed companies,the phenomenon of “back agricultural”, “reject agricultural”are appeared,enabled us that diversified management whether really effective.So in the research of this aspect appear more meaningful.The research achievements by scholars both at home and abroad in diversification is quite significant,but not all consistent,in some respects,there are still some difference.This paper adopts an enpirical analysis of the research methods,discusses related research results and the basis of the theoretical analysis,chose 24 companies as an a sample which are agricultural listed companies by the end of 2009 listed on Shanghai stock exchange to research the situation of diversified management about the agricultural listed companies in our country,do the empirical analysis about agricultural listed companies’diversified management present situation,diversified business scope,diversified business degree,diversified business motivation,and the relationship between diversified management and enterprise performance
