毕业论文 （20_ _届） 上市公司股权结构与经营业绩的相关性研究 摘 要 股权结构与公司经营业绩之间的关系一直是国内外争论的问题，对此问题的实证研究也并无明确一致的结论。我国上市公司的股权结构存在着国有股“一股独大”、股权高度集中、未流通股比重过高等突出问题，导致公司治理实践中出现“内部人控制”严重、国有股东代表“缺位”、大股东掠夺侵害中小股东利益等一系列问题产生。 本文试图在现有理论和实证研究基础上，就我国上市公司的股权结构与经营业绩的相关性进行实证检验，揭示两者在我国现有市场经济体制下的内在联系。本文以2010年上海证券交易所上市公司892家的股票为样本资料,运用回归分析对公司股权结构与经营业绩关系进行分析论证,揭示上市公司的股权集中度、国家股及法人股在股权结构中的地位、股权的流通度与企业业绩间的内在联系,并提出优化公司股权结构、提高经营业绩的建议和对策。 关键词：Abstract Between the stockholders rights structure and the company operating results relations have been the domestic and foreign arguments question, to this question empirical study also and not explicit consistent conclusion.
