上市公司资本结构研究
摘 要
资本结构是企业融资决策的核心内容, 资本结构是否合理关系到企业经营绩效的高低、财务目标的实现和能否可持续发展。20世纪50年代莫迪尼安尼和米勒建立了具有划时代意义的MM模型，从此以后，资本结构成为国际金融理论界研究的热门话题。国内外大量学者对资本结构进行了广泛而深入的研究。
目前，我国关于资本结构的研究主要集中在对整体上市公司资本结构的影响因素问题的探讨。而在纺织服装业资本结构方面却并不多见。本文先综述了企业资本结构的主要理论，再针对服装上市公司运用比较分析法剖析了资本结构的现状，财务问题，根据已有的研究成果，找到问题的原因并加以分析研究，最后对服装上市公司的资本结构提出一些优化的策略。

Capital structure is the core of corporate finance decision-making, Capital structure is reasonable related to the level of business performance, financial goals and the possibility of Sustainable Development. The 1950s, Modigliani and Mille established a landmark MM model, since then, Capital structure of the international financial theorists hot topic. A large number of scholars at home and abroad owned wooden structure was extensive and in-depth study.
At present, research on the capital structure of listed companies focused on the overall impact of factors of capital structure of the problem. But capital structure in terms of textile and garment industry is few and far. Western wood paper first reviews the main theories of capital structure, according to the research results have been, then used for clothing and comparative analysis of listed companies analyze the status of the capital structure, financial problems, find the cause of the problem and to be analyzed, the last of the clothing the capital structure of listed companies to make some optimization strategy.
