毕业论文 （20_ _届） 集群企业成本管理现状与对策 摘 要 企业成本管理是制造企业管理的核心，企业集群是由众多自主独立又相互关联的企业组成的，依据专业化分工和协作而建立起来，并在某一地理空间高度集聚。集群企业的发展正面临着原材料价格、能源价格不断上涨，人工成本不断提高，竞争日趋激烈的大背景，集群企业内部又普遍存在着不正当竞争，没有充分利用集群企业成本优势等问题，正因为如此对集群企业成本管理现状的分析显得尤为迫切。本文通过介绍大唐袜业集群中袜业企业的基本情况，研究探讨大唐袜业集群企业成本管理现状，通过实证分析提出大唐袜业企业集群的优势及存在的劣势，并归纳总结其成本管理中存在的问题，提出相应的解决对策。希望通过对大唐袜业集群成本管理的探讨与对策分析，提出对大多数企业集群有一定指导意义的成本管理方面的解决对策。 关键词：Abstract Cost management is the core of enterprise management. Enterprise Cluster is composed of a large number of independent and interconnected enterprises. These companies are built up based on specialization and cooperation and having a high degree of concentration in a geographical space. In the background of the increasingly competitive, the development of Enterprise cluster is facing with the problem of rising raw material prices, energy prices and labor costs. There is unfair competition and the problem of taking poor advantage of cost advantages between the companies in the cluster. Because of this situation the analysis of Enterprise Cluster’s cost management is particularly urgent. This article is going to study the cost management of Datang Socks by introducing through the basic situation of enterprises in this cluster. The empirical analysis presented the advantages of enterprise clusters and the existing disadvantages of Datang Socks. And this article will summarize its problems of cost management and give some suitable measures. I wish this article can provide some useful measures to the other clusters after the analysis of Datang Socks Cluster.
