上市公司高管薪酬与公司价值成长实证研究
摘 要
随着经济全球化的市场经济下,我国经济的快速增长,上市公司在我国经济中的地位和价值日益凸显,上市公司高管薪酬也成为相关各方的关注焦点。如今企业所有权和控制权的分离,使得传统意义上的企业家职能发生了巨大改变,导致企业管理人员和所有者之间的利益发生分歧。结合目前上市公司高管薪酬与公司价值状况,进行进一步研究和,有利于加强上市公司对高管的管理,尤其完善高管薪酬的制度明确公司价值成长与高管薪酬之间的关系,以及丰富和完善上市公司内部治理结构,对公司未来发展有十分重要的意义。
本文以浙江医药行业上市公司为例,对其高管薪酬与公司价值成长进行实证研究,探讨上市公司高管薪酬与公司价值成长之间内在联系。本文从理论假设,样本、数据和指标的选取,根据这些前提进行抽样统计分析,最后验证假设,从而得出相关结论,并对上市公司高管薪酬与公司价值提出相关建议。关键词:上市公司;高管薪酬;公司价值;实证研究
Abstract
