毕业论文 （20_ _届） 连锁经营企业营运资金管理问题研究 摘 要 世界经济形势已经或正在发生着重大的变化，现代科学技术的迅猛发展，随着商品零售产业的不断发展，原有的零售业态已经不能满足其规模化、国际化的发展需求，全球零售业态开始了大规模的变革。在这样的背景之下以电子化、网络化、国际化为基础，现代快节奏、高效率、低费用的新兴业态——连锁经营开始成为市场的主流。此外，随着跨国公司不断地进入更加开放的中国市场，导致国内企业竞争日益激烈，特别在连锁经营中更为突出。即便如此，中国本土连锁企业面对如此激烈的竞争，仍旧出现了一些能够与国外跨国公司所抗衡的连锁企业。 因此，本文从中国本土的连锁经营企业中选取苏宁电器，分析其营运资金运行及管理的问题，然后根据目前连锁企业营运资金管理的现状，运用短期偿债能力指标使企业营运资金运行状况能够得到更为客观准确的反映，分析其营运资金的管理，并在此基础上依据财务指标建议更完善的措施，以提高连锁经营企业竞争力。 关键词： Abstract The world economic situation has been or is undergoing major changes, the rapid development of modern science and technology, with the continuous development of the retail industry, the original retail formats can not meet its scale, demand for international development, global retail formats start a large-scale change.
