毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波中小企业国际贸易融资现状分析 摘 要 中小企业在各个国家的经济发展中占有了越来越重要的地位。中小企业要发展，融资是一个关键的问题。但是我国大部分中小企业都面临融资困难的这么一个问题。虽然，近年我国采取了很多的措施去解决这个问题，并且有了一定的成效，但是对于许多成长型中小企业来说，融资困难这个问题还是非常严重的一个问题。 本文对于融资问题的研究主要从这几个方面展开：调查分析我国宁波地区的中小企业的现状以及融资现状，找出融资困难的原因。自金融危机以后宁波中小企业的融资难度提高，融资渠道不广，而且成本升高。产生这种现象的原因是政府的扶持力度不够，融资机构少，工具少，同时企业资金的限制导致了其技术的发展的不足。所以能够较好的进行国际贸易融资可以促进这些中小企业的发展。本文通过所获得的资料从几个方面提出解决融资难题的方法，即从政府方面改善融资体系，从银行方面创新融资产品，建立发展中小金融中介机构等等。宁波是一个先进的加工贸易城市，如果能很好的解决融资这个问题的话，可以对宁波经济的发展起到一个非常好的导向作用。 关键词：中小企业；国际贸易；融资；宁波Abstract Small and medium—sized(SMS) enterprises play more and more important roles in many countries’ economic development. Financing is the key problem to the development of the SMS enterprises. However, most of SMS in our country are facing this problem right now. Although, we took a lot of ways to solve this problem and got some affect, for many developing SMS enterprises, financing difficulties are still serious problems. Research for the financing problem in this paper is started from several parts: to investigate and analyze SMS enterprises’ present situation and financing current in Ningbo, in the meantime, find out the causes of these problems. After the financial crisis, financing of SMS enterprises’ become much more difficult. They have little ways to finance and cost much. The reasons of this phenomenon are the help of government is not enough, and financing agencies and ways are few, what’s more, the enterprises’ capital limits their technique development. So it’s important to develop the global trading financing, which can encourage the development of SMS enterprises. This paper is doing researches to find out the solutions from several ways: for example to improve the financing system from the government aspect, to create the new financing products in banks, to develop the small and medium—sized intermediaries and so on. Ningbo—a port city is advanced in manufacture. If we can solve the financing problem well, Ningbo will get continues development. Key words: Small
